Withdrawal from the Agreement
This English version is provided for convenience. The Polish version is the binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This page contains the information on the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form. Both form an integral part of the WebConcept Terms of Service.
The right of withdrawal is available to a Consumer and to a sole trader with consumer rights, that is, a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity which does not have a professional character for them (Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta)). It is not available to other business customers. It concerns the Subscription agreement, that is, an agreement for a paid digital service, concluded at a distance in the WebConcept Platform. In the information below, "we" means the Service Provider: CyberGorilla Sp. z o.o.

You have the right to withdraw from the Subscription agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the agreement, that is, from the day on which the Subscription was purchased.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – CyberGorilla Sp. z o.o., ul. Marszałkowska 58, 00-545 Warszawa, Poland, e-mail address: [email protected] – of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or by e-mail). Please state in it the e-mail address assigned to your Account, which will allow us to establish which agreement it concerns.
You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal from the Agreement
If you withdraw from the agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We refund the full amount paid, in euro (EUR), even if you have already used the Subscription. We do not deduct any fee for the period up to the moment of withdrawal.
Upon withdrawal from the agreement the Subscription ends and the Customer Site may cease to be publicly available. Before making the statement, it is advisable to export your content in the Panel.
